Skills 101: Learning the fundamentals of pattern reading, sewing and stitching techniques, different types of interfacing, pockets, the pull-through method, the lining method, and more! You can start with simple projects, such as creating a Tackle Tote, Travel Toolkit Booklet, or a fun, creative Perfect Pillow Pot Holder. Get all your basic sewing questions answered.
Skills 102: Learn to design with fabric by gaining a thorough understanding of design fundamentals, including understanding shapes, various materials, and the color wheel. Sewing techniques learned, such as quilt-as-you-go, applique, and creative fabric projects.
Skills 103: Learn the art form of sewing that involves emotion, expression, and creativity. Think outside the box when it comes to sewing, using the zig-zag stitch, Thread Art, and everything in Sewing Skills 101 and 102. Any project can be turned into a Skills 102 and 103 project.
